Firstly, this book is beautiful. I am magnetically drawn to yellow objects, and that really is how I found this book, not a your typical bookstore though, at Goodwill, where I find everything.

I have flossed 90 times in the last five years. I know this because 5 years is how long it took me to use my 90 count pack of flossers. I purchased a new pack and some mouthwash this month. Every evening I get to feel very good about my dental health. And apparently, I'm adding years to my life.
Inside are beautifully designed pages full of simple activities to create newness and fun in your life.
This book has many ideas I've thought about and I'm excited to have an external source of motivation to complete them. The Pizza, Nap, and Quote challenges I found today when I was taking pictures. All of them excite me and give me awesome ideas.

Attitude is the most important aspect of our happiness. I have been efforting to look forward to my job as opposed to dreading it lately. It is definitely a choice, I have to switch my negative thoughts off, and shove them from my brain, literally. I want to cultivate happiness and contentment in my life, even though all the pieces aren't where I'd like them to be.

I think this book is a helpful step in the direction I want to go this year. Lots of projects to start.
I had been eating oatmeal once a week with our sunday breakfast group, because I was tired of the other menu choices. But as per book of doing request, I have been eating it during the week instead. It actually is a nice switch from cold cereal.

Doing is better than just saying. I mean, you can easily say whatever you want, but acting on it is a different story. I hope that you begin to realize just how important it is to start doing the things that you need to do. Sure, it is a lot of work to do it, but it is fine as long as it is what you want. I encourage you, please go and start doing things instead of just saying them.
